Ascend Projects serves as an experienced, third party construction project manager during all project phases. Working with business owner, design firm and constructor, we are qualified to provide professional analysis, consultation and advice to ensure that the interests and business objectives of the owner are protected.

About the Principal

Milt Sorokin is a leading project management professional with over 30 years experience in the design and construction of buildings of varying technical complexity, user programs and budgets. He started his career as an electrician and graduated with a bachelor of arts in geography and bachelor of architecture. He then worked for five years with major architectural firms before making the transition to project management with a mid-sized commercial real-estate developer based in Los Angeles. In addition, he holds project management certification (PMP) from the Project Management Institute as well as being a LEED Accredited Professional through the Canadian Green Building Council. Milt possesses the ability to see “the big picture” view on a project which is supported by an intimate knowledge of project detail. He runs his projects with an even handed approach at all times, and can be relied on by his clients for his honesty and integrity.

Based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, Ascend Projects is able to service clients throughout the British Columbia region and will take on assignments anywhere in North America.
